2016. A new year, a new wedding season. This Bowdoin alum couple was the nicest, most accommodating pair I’ve gotten to work with this year. They hired me almost 1 year prior for their big wedding in the south of Maine. They planned it all from afar, in Colorado no less. The day turned out to be a gorgeous one. The venue was a cushy, yet outdoorsy, semi-private getaway in the depths of Kennebunkport, Maine. From the lawn games during cocktail hour, to the brass compass’ as favors, they really took care of the guests who came to celebrate their love.

Side note: This marks a significant milestone, for me at least, because I finally fulfilled my dream of working with two of the best vendors in town. The talented photographer Leah Fisher, and the professional planner Paula Cano, both of whose work is outstanding, so check them out.
